Type of article: Article
Summary
Over the first three quarters of 94 the quick-frozen fish market experienced a slight 3% reduction. From January to August the "bulk" sector (bags of 1 kilo or more) has taken over 56% of the market in sales volume and 39% in turnover, compared to 43 and 36% respectively recorded in 1993. Thus the turnover is reported to decrease by 6% for the "cardboard box" sector (less than 1 kilo) and increase by 11,9% for the "bulk" sector.
