Summary
GoldRush fruits from trees growing in the Alto Adige region of Italy were investigated over a 2-year period. Fruits were harvested annually on 4 occasions and stored under diverse controlled atmosphere and low-temperature conditions. For each harvest date, fruits were subjected to quality tests for flesh consistency and levels of sugars and acids. Results are indicated.
