Summary
A company specifically set up for the production of ready meals both chilled and frozen for consumption in schools and hospitals reviews its progress in the emerging ready meals sector of the National Health Service and Meals on Wheels. Quality is assured by the introduction of a HACCP system, all delivery vehicles are temperature monitored and use a specially developed roll on/roll off delivery system. G.R.S.
