Summary
The paper describes the heat pump facility (air to water) in operation in a private building in Johannesburg. The heat pump maintains the temperature of the water between 28 and 32 °C, and the air temperature at about 30 °C for an outdoor temperature of -1 °C. Along the swimming pool, the floor is also heated through embedded heating pipes.
