Summary
Arctic Aroma AS in Norway has installed a heat pump system used for drying various fruit and vegetable products in a fluidised bed through dry air, at various temperatures. The system was designed and built by Kvaerner Eureka, in close cooperation with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and SINTEF Energy Research.
