Summary
Theoretical and experimental research on air conditioners using R410A is described in the paper. The air conditioner using R410A has almost the same efficiency as an air conditioner using R22, although the compressor efficiency of the former was less than that of the latter. After a long reliability test, the results indicated that R410A could be applied to air conditioners safely, reliably and economically.
