Summary
SAP-E 40 A 6 designed specifically for alternative refrigerant R410 A has achieved high efficiency, high reliability and easier installation. This paper described development results of the compressor applied with R410A and high efficient overall systems. Displacement volume in R410A compressor is 30 percent smaller than R22. With technological developments in areas such as lubricant and sliding compressor parts, high reliability has been achieved. By improving compressor motor and heat exchangers, and developing the electrical control system designated, ACTIVE INVERTER, high efficient overall systems has been completed.
