AFTER 23 TO 29 DAY STORAGE AT 4 DEG C SCLEROTINA SCLEROTIORUM MOULD GROWS, RESULTING IN AN INCREASE (UP TO 43.82 PPM) OF TOTAL FUROCOUMARIN CONTENTS (SPORALENE, 5-MOP, 8-MOP) OF CELERY. THESE RESULTS ARE DISCUSSED, REFERRING TO POSSIBLE TOXIC HAZARDS.
