Summary
Environmental safety concerns have created new refrigerating-equipment problems for supermarkets, which must now limit the effects of their activities on both the ozone layer and the greenhouse effect. The binary ice "flo-ice", a suspension of small ice crystals, is a worthwhile and effective solution in a great number of cases.
