Summary

Venus, Reliance and Saturn grapes are stored for 6 weeks at 3 deg C in 7 types of packaging without SO2 fumigation. Study of weight losses and grape fragmentation. The packaging with covers are the most appropriate for limiting weight losses. Shelf life varies according to the cultivar. The packaging must be chosen with the view to reduce air passage and to avoid any displacement in the bunches.
