Summary
Monitoring the temperature of meat and meat products at each processing stage is one requirement for ensuring fresh food of optimum quality and with an optimum shelf life. New solutions for remote monitoring provide for the constant evaluation of the quality status and remaining shelf life–enabled by an uninterrupted monitoring of the cool chain including the determination of temperature data.
