MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF THE OPERATION OF DIFFERENT CONDENSING UNITS OF REFRIGERATING INSTALLATIONS WITH THE VIEW TO OPTIMISATION.

Summary

THE AUTHORS STUDIED THE MODELLING AND OPTIMISATION OF INDUSTRIAL CONDENSING UNITS WITH FORCED EVAPORATION AND SHELL AND TUBE CONDENSERS. THE MODELS OF CONDENSERS OF DIFFERENT TYPES ARE BASED ON THE ANALOGY OF HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER PROCESSES IN EVAPORATIVE UNITS. A RELATIONSHIP WAS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN CONDENSATION TEMPERATURES, AMBIENT TEMPERATURES AND OPTIMISED PARAMETERS. THE AUTHORS GIVE THE OPTIMISATION RESULTS FOR REDUCING THE COST OF REFRIGERATION AND CHOOSING EQUIVALENT ECONOMIC SOLUTIONS FOR DIFFERENT ENERGY CONSUMPTIONS AND DIFFERENT METALS.
