Summary

Monitoring was done for the following: mesophil and coliform bacteria levels, mould levels, research for pathogenic bacteria (Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes). A high level of bacteria was found along with a systematic presence of Staphylococcus aureus.
