Type of article: Article
Summary
A microscopic study of crystallization processes in freezing of liquid media using regular cryosurgical probe has been carried out. By means of visual analysis the qualitative characteristics of these processes during freezing and thawing is presented. The possibility of ice crystal structure control depending on freezing conditions is demonstrated.
