THE PAPER DEALS FIRST WITH THE KNOWN PRECOOLING SYSTEMS, THEN DEMONSTRATES THE PROBLEMS CONNECTED WITH HYGIENIC REQUIREMENTS AND ENERGY UTILIZATION, AND DETERMINES SIMULTANEOUSLY THE ORIENTATION OF DEVELOPMENT, TOO.
