Summary

The Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment has published a booklet setting down a national action plan for recovery, recycling, and reclamation of CFCs. The booklet includes a glossary, an assessment of the situation (as regards the Montreal Protocol), a definition of aims, and the initiatives undertaken in the different provinces of Canada. Recommendations and a detailed action plan are then presented. A list of references, a bibliographic list and appendices describing the main CFC applications are given.
