Summary
THIS PAPER GIVES THE COEFFICIENTS OF THE REDLICH-KWONG-SOAVE EQUATION OF STATE AND THE PRESSURE-ENTHALPY CHART OF THE NON-AZEOTROPIC MIXTURE OF R13B1-R152A (48-52%). THE COP AND THE VOLUMETRIC THERMAL PRODUCTION OF AN IDEAL CYCLE OPERATING WITH THE R13B1-R152A MIXTURE BETWEEN 268, 273.5 AND 318 K (-5, 0.5 AND 45 DEG C) ARE CALCULATED IN TERMS OF COMPOSITION. THESE CYCLES ARE COMPARED WITH THE CORRESPONDING CYCLES OPERATING WITH R22. THE AUTHORS BRIEFLY DESCRIBE TWO POSSIBLE APPLICATIONS OF NON-AZEOTROPIC MIXTURES.
