BOTH MIXTURES CAN BE USED THEORETICALLY IN ABSORPTION ONE-STAGE HEAT PUMPS. THE ARTICLE DEALS WITH THE MIXTURE ABILITIES IN TERMS OF VAPOUR PRESSURE, SOLUBILITY, VISCOSITY AND THERMAL STABILITY UNDER CERTAIN OPERATION CONDITIONS. THE INFLUENCE OF CONSTRUCTIONALLY-DEPENDENT SYSTEMS, SUCH AS TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE GRADIENTS, ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE APPARATUS, ARE DISCUSSED.
