AN OPTIMUM DESIGN OF A WATER-LITHIUM BROMIDE ABSORPTION HEAT TRANSFORMER USING FLEXIBLE TOLERANCE ALGORITHM IS PRESENTED. THE METHOD OF DETERMINING THE OBJECTIVE FUNCTION AND CONSTRAINT EQUATIONIS DISCUSSED. THE METHOD WILL HELP SAVE TIME AND WORK IN THE DESIGN PROCESS, AS WELL AS IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE DESIGN.
