Summary

The recorder's measurements are accurate to within about a half degree C. The standard model is able to record 8,000 measurement points (possibility of extension up to 32,000 points) and to accompany cold conditioned foods over a period of two weeks up to two months. The field of measurements from -40 to 30 deg C makes it possible to control a large range of products.
