Performance of fan-air coolers with R134a and R407A in comparison with R22.

Summary

Performance was measured on a test rig, according to the ENV 328 and DIN 8955 standards. R22 had the best heat transfer behaviour over the entire temperature range. With zeotropic refrigerant mixtures, the choice of reference temperatures has a decisive effect on performance data.
