Performance of low temperature cooling circulator with auto-cascade refrigeration system.

Author(s) : DING R. H., SHI Y., WANG S.

Summary

Simply introduction of the application and basic principle of low temperature cooling circulator is given in the paper, the entireness in series auto-cascade refrigeration system is put forward, the result of compared this system with series-parallel connection system showed that the anterior is preferable. Some experiments were carried out on 5 liter and -100°C low temperature liquid circulator using the system with non-azeotropic mixed refrigerant composed with R-134/R-23/R-14, included cooling characteristic of circulator and throttled in every capillary tube; suction and exhaust pressure during cooling process; relationships between cooling capacity and refrigeration temperature as well as ambient temperature, some important conclusions have been obtained from those investigations.
