Summary
The system consists of two two-speed fan evaporative condensers which maintain condensation pressure according to outside conditions. The compressors are sized to work 14 hours per day and only used for a few hours under steady-state conditions at non-peak times. The freezing tunnel evaporators consist of special very high pressure fans to compensate the load lost due to passage through the pallettes of fish.
