Author(s) : CHILLET M., LAPEYRE de BELLAIRE L. de
Type of article: Article
Summary
During a 28-day storage period at 13.5 deg C, rates or fungal rot development and fruit ripening were considerably slowed down when polybags were kept sealed. The polybag effect was due to a modification of O2 and CO2 levels in the bags, not to reduced fruit water loss.
