Potato storing.
Potatislagring.

Summary
Air cooling units using refrigerants, direct expansion and fans are necessary when storing until late spring or early summer. An air flow rate of 16 cubic metres/hour per ton was suitable for cooling potatoes. Saturated air minimizes weight losses. Calculations indicate that a lower air flow can be better at low humidity levels.
