Summary

METHODS OF PREDICTING NORMAL BOILING POINT, CRITICAL CONSTANTS, ACENTRIC FACTOR AND DIPOLE MOMENT WERE EXPLAINED. METHODS OF ESTIMATING THE PVT PROPERTIES AND PHASE EQUILIBRIA WERE MENTIONED MAINLY BY MEANS OF THE PRINCIPLE OF CORRESPONDING STATE. THE COMPARISONS OF THE ESTIMATED RESULTS OF R12 AND R22 PROPERTIES WERE EXPRESSED WITH THE USE OF REDLICH-KWONG, SOAVE-REDLICH-KWONG AND PENG-ROBINSON EQUATIONS. AS FOR THE NON-EQUILIBRIUM PROPERTIES, THE VISCOSITY AND THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY ARE DEALT WITH BRIEFLY.
