Precision and security with refrigeration system analyzers.

Author(s) : KISEL D.

Summary

This paper presents the refrigeration system analyzers for commissioning, service and maintenance with a 4-valve block, which save vital working time. These allow the parallel connection of a vacuum pump, refrigerant bottle and integrated vacuum sensors. Pressures and the corresponding temperatures can thus be displayed with the preclusion of readout errors. The instruments allow the measurement of 4 temperatures (2 plug-in and 2 wireless) simultaneously. The steam tables for all standard refrigerants are stored in the instrument. The paper will also consequently show new possibilities for diagnostics, whereas up to now it has not been possible to record superheating over a longer period of time using conventional instruments. Solutions for solving the regulating problems, such as detecting the delay/response time conditions of the regulating stretches in the numerous multi-loop control systems in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and examples of fault diagnosis, are presented.
