Summary
The European directive concerning F-gas came into force In July 2007. It stipulates that refrigeration equipments and air-conditioning devices should be regularly serviced and checked for leaks by qualified staff. In order to ensure traceability, any intervention must be constantly documented. The aim of these dispositions is to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions.
