Author(s) : ZUTTER L. de
Summary
Yersinia enterocolitica infections in humans are characterized by inflammation of the intestinal tract. The paper gives information concerning outbreaks or sporadic infections, and the role of pork in the contamination, since healthy pigs are Yersinia carriers.
