Summary
The book gives advice and recommendations for handling and air transport of noxious and perishable merchandises or live animals. A section is dedicated to packaging and handling requirements for plants and flowers, fruits and vegetables, fresh, frozen or chilled meat products and sea products, dairy products and eggs, vaccines and medical supplies, live human organs and frozen embryos. The methods used for maintaining these products at the appropriate temperature are described.
