Summary
This article describes the technology required in order to provide pulsed electric fields. The main technical data on pulsed-electric field equipment (generators of electric impulses, processing chambers) are presented, with a focus on the latest progress achieved in the field of processing chamber materials designed to limit electrolytic phenomena in treated products and loss of metallic particles in these products.
