Summary
Further studies based on the author's earlier research on the conditions under which no freezing occurs in the supercooler while sufficient supercooling of water is guaranteed. A stably operating experimental assembly is established. Water temperature at the entrance of the supercooler reaches as low as 0.45, and the water temperature drop in the supercooler is about 1 °C.
