Summary
This article describes the reconstruction of 22 climate chambers for research on rice, barley and corn plantations. Temperature and humidity regulation is very precise: plus or minus 1 K and 5%, respectively. The refrigeration installation includes a 5 m3 tank for an ethylene-glycol-based secondary coolant.
