Author(s) : BILLIARD F.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Over the past 10 years, the need to ensure environmental protection has given rise to regulations governing the use of refrigerants and maintenance of refrigerating plants. These regulations are designed to protect the ozone layer and to reduce global warming. By 2010, these regulations are likely to evolve at regional and global levels. The author reviews the current situation, which is far from clear.
