Summary

The second volume of Univers froid (see also the Bulletin of the IIR, reference 2002-3264) presents technical tender documents, i.e. technical specifications, for the construction of a supermarket. Tender documents are drawn up at the project leader's request and are intended for the tendering companies. Table of contents: definition; technical characteristics of the project; description of the work to be performed; technical specifications; special administrative conditions; framework of the work; price lists (refrigeration and insulation). Appendices: design of control room; schematic diagram of the floor of stores used for frozen-food storage; examples of wiring circuits; examples of "refrigerant/water" energy recovery diagrams; maintenance and repair contracts including "service sheets".
