Summary
Nowadays, hygiene and food safety are at the heart of political and commercial concerns. Accordingly, refrigeration equipment plays a paramount role in all stages in the distribution of foodstuffs. From manufacturing to sale, through storage and transport, the cold chain must maintain the quality of the products. For this reason, refrigeration technologies constantly evolve in order to adapt to the new regulatory requirements with regards to the environment and energy consumption.
