Summary

IN ORDER TO SAVE POWER AND TO EXTEND THE LIFETIME OF COMPRESSORS, THE AUTHORS SUGGESTS USING NATURAL COLD FOR THE COOLING BY BRINE CIRCULATION OF COLD ROOMS AND DAIRY PLANT. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO COOL BRINE WITH EXTERNAL AIR IN AIR COOLERS. AFTER THE SCHEME PROPOSED, IN TERMS OF EXTERNAL AIR TEMPERATURE, BRINE FLOWS INTO THE EVAPORATORS CONNECTED TO REFRIGERATING MACHINES OR INTO AIR COOLERS. FOR A BETTER USE OF EXTERNAL AIR AND FOR PEAKSHAVING, STORAGE TANKS ARE AVAIAE THE SYSTEM WAS ELABORATED FOR THE DAIRY PLANT AT MEDVEZEGOR.
