THE AUTHORS DESCRIBE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COLD SUPPLY SYSTEM USING NATURAL COLD FOR THE STORE-ROOM OF PACKAGED DAIRY PRODUCTS AND THE RIPENING OF CHEESE. THE FLOW DIAGRAM OF THE TEST INDUSTRIAL MODEL OF THE SYSTEM IS PRESENTED, WITH THE OPERATING SCHEME OF AUTOMATION. THE OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM IS DESCRIBED AND ITS ADVANTAGES ARE NOTED.
