Reporting system based on company certification in the refrigeration industry.

Number: pap. ID: 142

Author(s) : TOMLEIN P., TOMLEIN M.

Summary

The policy targets are the further reduction of halocarbon refrigerant usage, the substantially decreased leakage percentage, energetically efficient operation of refrigerant circuits, heat pumps and refrigeration installations. These policy targets require logging and reporting of halocarbon refrigerants movement, consumption of energy relating to COP, ratio of renewable sources of energy, database of certified employees, certified companies and so on. Advantages of electronic data logging and reporting are shown on the possibilities of automatic analysis, fast access to the full history and various forms of output. Among the numerous results is quick survey of the certified employees, certified companies, details of refrigerants movement, statistics of heat pumps, and ratio of renewable sources of energy obtained by heat pumps and so on. Electronic way of recording data enables summarizing, reporting and analyzing important data in a chosen period. An important possibility is the electronic certificate updating based on reported data. This paper is based on the activities of the Slovak Association for Cooling and Air-conditioning Technology started in 2003. The electronically led documentation has developed from the previous paper form. Evaluated data are collected from the service and business organizations.
