Summary
Values of density of a thermal stream and heat-conducting path factor are defined at different temperatures in the chamber with a thermal protection. It is established that at cooling snow CO2 located in an internal cavity of the packed carcass of fish, the heat-conducting path is asymmetrical that will lead to non-uniform cooling of fish.
