THE RESISTANCE TO DECAY OF VACUUM-PACKED WHOLE AND SLICED SEMI-DURABLE SAUSAGES UNDER VARIOUS STORAGE TEMPERATURES WAS INVESTIGATED BY DETERMINING THEIR ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES AND BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION. AT THE FREEZING TEMPERATURE VACUUM-PACKED SLICED SAUSAGES CAN KEEP FOR ABOUT 15 DAYS AND THE WHOLE SAUSAGES EVEN 20 DAYS OR MORE.
