THE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS USED FOR THE RETROFIT OF THE COOLING SYSTEM OF A MEAT FREEZING ROOM AT THE ZITONIS MEAT COMBINE ARE DESCRIBED. ITS INTRODUCTION MADE IT POSSIBLE TO DECREASE THE TIME OF FREEZING FROM 27 TO 22 HRS AND TO INCREASE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF THE ROOM FROM 27 TO 40 T/DAY.
