Summary

THE STUDIES ESPECIALLY SHOW THAT THE STORAGE LIFE OF CANNED SMALL SARDINES AT 255 K (-18 DEG C) IS TWICE LONGER THAN AT 267 TO 265 K (-6 TO -8 DEG C). IT IS NOT ADVISABLE TO CAN SPRING SMALL SARDINES, ESPECIALLY WITH CURING. R.R.
