Salmonella and Listeria test provides next-day results.
Author(s) : GIESE J.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The test provides next-day results for the detection of food pathogens, a significant improvement in speed compared to the three to seven days required for standard cultural methods, and the minimum of two days required by most other rapid methods. This test is faster because it is an adaptation of polymerase chain reaction technology.
