Summary
A NEW DESIGN OF SCRAPER-COOLER IS DESCRIBED, USED FOR THE PREPARATION OF ICE CREAM MIXES. TESTS WERE CARRIED OUT UNDER INDUSTRIAL OPERATING CONDITIONS. THE TECHNICAL FEATURES OF COOLERS ARE GIVEN WITH CAPACITIES OF 1,250, 2,500 AND 5,000 KG/H. THE MAIN ADVANTAGE OF THIS NEW TYPE OF COOLER IS COMPACT-NESS. C.C.
