Summary

The IEA Heat Pump Programme's Annex 27, "Selected issues on CO2 as working fluid in compression systems", was started in March 1999. There are five participating countries in the Annex. These are Japan, United Kingdom, Sweden, USA and Norway. The aim of this Annex is to improve CO2 technology by investigating selected issues, in order to adapt the technology to the market and bring the technology closer to marketing.
