Simple method for determination of dietary fiber in frozen foods.

Summary
This method includes scattering of samples in a phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) and addition of bile and pancreatic enzyme. The results obtained are comparable to those of AOAC methods. The new method is easier and faster.
