Summary

Characterization of 86 strains of psychrotrophs isolated from lamb carcasses. Most of the Gram-negative isolates belong to the Pseudomonas genus. Among the Gram-positive bacteria, Brochothrix thermosphacta is predominant, followed by Caseobacter polymorphus.
