THE TREND OF REPRESENTATIVE ISOLATES TO DEVELOP OFF-ODOURS IS TESTED BY CULTURE ON STERILE THIGH AND BREAST CUTS. OFF-ODOURS ARE IDENTIFIED BY CHEMICAL AND OLFACTORY METHODS.
