Summary
With the growing of importance of industrial packaging portioned meat and meat products, it is observed the development of method of packaging under modified atmosphere conditions in which were used vacuum or inert gases. This packaging method causes prolongation of shelf life, increase the availability during distribution and commercial attractiveness.
